Super snack

My favorite tea time snack is Butter Gulkhand Sandwich. It's so easy and quick to make that I can eat it everyday :) It provides a lot of energy and is good for health... It's my super snack. Here's how you make it: Ingredients: Wheat bread -------- 4 slices Butter----------------2 table spoon Gulkhand-----------2 table spoon Method: Cut the sides of the bread. Spread generous amount of butter on one side of each slice Spread two table spoonful of gulkhand on one slice cover the butter spread slice on top of the gulkhand spread slice Cut the sandwich into half diagonally and enjoy the delicious snack :)

December 3: International Day of People with Disability

Three years ago, I didn't know about  International Day of People with Disability. Slowly I started to get to know more about people with disabilities. IDPwD is a United Nations sanctioned day that is celebrated internationally. It aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability and celebrate the achievements and contributions of people with disability. -  http://www.idpwd.com.au/about/ Each year there is a theme for IDPwD. I'm writing a few points here about making cities inclusive and accessible for all.  It is very difficult to climb stairs for many of us. Walking on slopes will be helpful. A special parking allotment for the disabled at banks and other Government and Private Offices will help us to park our vehicles without any hassles. For people with disabilities working in IT companies if facilities such as an elevator, canteen within the campus, bathrooms, emergency wheelchairs are provided , one can work freely without
